A Mexico's Social chritic
17 November 2004
There's no doubt this is one of the funniest Mexican films ever!

This movie shows the way confusions can hit a whole small town in Mexico, which is lead and owned by a typical Mexican cacique, who does almost anything he desires until he finds out an inspector will arrive to this town by surprise and on the other hand, Calzonzin, a Mexican Indian escapes from people who tries to kill him and matches to the description Don Perpetuo has for the Inspectro and confuses Calzonzin with the Inspector.

This is just the beginning of a whole bunch of situations, all are a lot of fun, where Don Perpetuo is trying to hide away from Calzonzin, Inspector all the corruption and irregularities of his dirty government.

I always laugh out loud with Don perpetuo's parrot "pendejo!" shout every time anyone hits his cage with their head.
