The Hollow is another retelling of the famous horror story of the headless horseman. The film stars Kevin Zegers, Kaley Cuoco, and Nick Carter (who is the worst in this film). The story needed lots of work with its dialogue and plot. The film revolves around the descendant of Ichabod Crane who has resurrected the headless horsemen. The movie has cheap effects and some very stupid acting from some of its cast, including Backstreet Boy Nick Carter. The film also has a very unnecessary sex scene that is just hilarious. With the way the movie is, it should have just been on nickelodeon. Just cut out the sex scene and the cheesy gore. It reminded me of one of those Are You Afraid of the Dark shows they had on nickelodeon years ago. This movie was fun to watch but it is not good. The only thing I really enjoyed in this film was the opening title sequence with the mood and music it established. Other than that, the movie was bad, but you can still have fun with a horror film even though you know its bad.
