Finnish movie is always worth watching, this is worth watching many times. Jäähyväiset presidentille is filmed in the city of Tampere and its surroundings. I happen to live in Tampere, so even seeing the familiar scenery makes this film look more real. Film is a crime story, but there's much more happening: love, politics etc.
Film is ordinary one, but nice humor, great actors and atmosphere make it special for me. Hannu Lauri is main reason to watch this movie, what a great act in the role of Arto Mertanen, man with guns, strong political opinions and nice car.
