I like warm mood and quite modern shooting of this film showing nice side of St.Petersburg.
I am sure it's makers watched great Czech movie Samotari (Loners) by David Ondricek. There are quite a few scenes in Piter FM almost exactly reminding Samotari which is a movie about Prague.

Of course, there are many good original Russian jokes in the movie.
