He meets up with her not remembering her at all at the hotel thinking she just a fan he even offer her a job as a chorus girl.Being that she's in love with him she pretends against her agents wishes to be Maria the chorus girl since no one knows her in Berlin yet.Manfred fall for her not realizing who she is. when will Dohm suggest that she be used to impersonate the famous Manuela cause of her exact looks that Manfred begins to remember and tries to get harmless revenge at her.
