This movie was a huge disappointment. I love The Cell and don't know how they get away with calling this Cell 2. The whole cell application had to do with entering the head of a coma patient while in a controlled environment. This movie relies on the main character's psychic abilities to hunt down a serial killer. I don't know why the movie world has decided that if Frank Whaley is in a movie that he needs to be the bad guy. There was no explanation for why he felt the need to kill these girls and bring them back. The main character comes off as a supermodel action star, especially when she is getting her final revenge. I was looking forward to the color and wonderful settings like in the first movie, but in the end, this is just a movie where a psychic helps find a serial killer.
