Of the four major Christie novels brought to the screen, EVIL UNDER THE SUN is one of the best, although they're all pretty great. The location shooting, the cast, the story, the denoucnement are sensational. For those who didn't like it...what a shame. Don't know what they expected. Everything about EVIL works brilliantly and should be seen by every mystery fan. MAGGIE SMITH and DIANA RIGG are worth the price of admission. Wish RIGG had more to do as she steals every scene she's in. For a wonderful rainy nights entertainment, EVIL UNDER THE SUN is a must see. And defy anyone to guess the outcome.
