This episode introduces us to Father Timothy Flotsky (Sal Viscuso), a Catholic priest that Corinne has been in love with since the fifth grade. This is the main reason she's been out and about all hours of the night, deciding to move in with Peter, Burt's tennis playing son, who's been sleeping with all of his students, even Mrs. Sheila Fine (Nita Talbot), who discovers Jessica in Peter's bedroom while she herself hides in the bathroom. Eunice discovers Jodie's relationship with a pro quarterback, and reveals she's been dating a married Congressman, using his campaign as cover. Both are amazed that they would like each other as adults, as Eunice despised Jodie for always stealing her clothes. Mary convinces Burt to accompany her on a visit to sex psychiatrist Dr. Medlow (Byron Webster) to try and figure out why he cannot make love to her, the doctor casually revealing that his own troubles stemmed from a Playboy bunny. Burt cannot divulge the truth to either of them at this time, but does show an interest in female sex surrogates.
