This movie has some really amazing jokes... sadly not too many. Most jokes seem to be filler. Overall this movie was fun to watch. It had a decent atmosphere, a nice set and nice costumes. Characters have been funny and the actors played them well. There is not much wrong with this movie but the bad filler-jokes. Well yea, of course the story sucks – it's comedy.
This is a parody of the Treasure Island by the amazing Robert Louis Stevenson. If you like the book as well, it might be interesting to watch. (Even though not much from the book is left over) Be aware though, Monty Python people are part of this film, but it's not exactly a Monty Python movie. Not all did write the script, and most of them, but Graham Chapman, can only be found in minor roles.
