An artist's choice. Another movie that deviates itself from the ordinary Bollywood cliché. With an entertaining yet though-provoking story line, this film proves itself to be a definite watch. What distinguishes this film from any other film is the script. The story has several layers, some open for analysis and some layers need some careful consideration, and that is exactly why you lose yourself in the character at the end. The film has a cyclic structure which is bound to thump the hearts of the analytics amongst the audience.

The performances are excellent, especially Nana Patekar... thoroughly outstanding performance. This man has a story to speak in his real-life, it is no wonder that he can act. He sure can do that so well. He loses himself in his character so well that the audience is left with no choice but to not only watch the movie, rather feel it (would've been perfect if the cinematography was a little better though). Madhuri Dixit, too did a good job excluding moments when I'd cringe because of here over-acting at times. Although she was excellent on screen as usual, at times I felt she had to make a real effort to keep up with the excellent performance delivered by my man, Nana!

Having said the pros, I think this movie would surely spread itself over your list of movies that you gotta watch at least once in your lifetime. So do yourself a favour.... watch this gem!
