Even if it is, I have never seen a movie worse then this one. Car chases and car crashes looked better on Pentium II playing need for speed 1, in 1998!! The guy who made this movie should be banned from film industry. I wouldn't watch the movie even if it was free.. Watching paint dry is an Extreme Sport if you think this film is good. How did this get released??? Driving background scenes repeat like in a cartoon! The cop using a radio from RadioShack to talk to other cops! The same cars come out from different corners in the same scene at the same time! Mazda rx-7 somehow turns Nissan 200 sx s14 in a matter of seconds!!!
