Not really Impressed
13 August 2011
Warning: Spoilers
The first thing that pwned me is there is no 2D. And the consequence is there is no further promotion and the cinemas won't even open more time slots for it. That's the first con before I even start to watch the movie. And the 3D is unnecessary, throughout the film I won't sense little 3D during concert scenes and the slushing credits. The fans' stories are not shooted in 3D, I took off the 3D glass and I sensed no difference, that "3D" costed me more money but little eye candy.

Next, you will be frustrated that many songs are not in the concert but on the other hand, they added tons of unnecessary songs, which does not really attract the attention of Gleeks and even put me into boredom. Luckily you still have "DUN STOP BELIEVING" (in credits), "Born This Way", "Slave 4 U" but no "Baby 1+ time" etc.

Luckily they added some little snippets of social outcasts being interviewed. One is homo, dwarf and a little Asian Blaine (wearing Dalton uniform too!). They claimed they came out of shades because of watching Glee, which in turns change my way of watching Glee Series, too! Disregarding all the gross kissing scenes Glee is actually a carrier of positive values.

Well, for Gleeks, yes go and watch. But for outsiders who never watch Glee's all episodes. Don't go, the pit did not say you are the boss at this, you will be confused and left the cinema in misery.
