Reality TV stinker

Warning: Spoilers
Having enjoyed the American Pie type films, I sat down to watch this but was bewildered to find that it was filmed as a documentary. Actually, after watching it, I am more inclined to categorise it as Reality TV, but one has to wonder how real was this? I have long had my suspicions about the reality of Reality TV.

Twenty one year old Eddie has never had sex so he and his buddies organise a Spring Break trip to Mexico to right this heinous wrong. Why Mexico? Are girls down Mexico way more willing than those at home in Colorado - or anywhere else? The cameras follow out intrepid heroes day and night, even pulling in a couple of dwarfs who, to Eddies consternation, have had more success than him. Will he find a girl willing enough or won't he? I won't reveal the ending so you will have to see for yourself if you are desperate or drunk enough.

There were some funny moments in this film but not enough to even begin to redeem itself. There were the usual drunken high jinx by all concerned including the girls with their antics at the beach bars. There was no actual sex shown but the girls, who were very attractive did flash their breasts a few times but that was about it. It all seemed a bit tawdry and it still does not allay my suspicions about Reality TV.
