6/10
Slightly above average Eurospy cheapie

Warning: Spoilers
The very first images of "Blueprint For A Massacre" are a few laughable miniature planes "exploding". These "special" effects may give you the impression that this is a bottom-of-the-barrel Eurospy entry, but that's not quite true. It's not at the top of the barrel either, but I would probably place it slightly above the middle. The capable German Cobos plays secret agent Z-55 (actually for the second time, after the equally obscure "Desperate Mission"), who is sent to Turkey to find out who's behind a series of sabotages at NATO air bases. The chief suspect is a man called "Renegade", who was thought to have been killed during WWII; nobody knows where he is now. The film has a lot of humor in its dialogue, though I suspect much of it was added in the English dubbing. It also has some intense fight scenes (the final one is Cobos vs. Milton Reid, who's strangely not listed on the main IMDb page), and a glorious collection of girls, the best being the cheery, not-as-ditsy as she seems Pat. **1/2 out of 4.
