Inspirational movie, family, basketball

I really enjoyed the movie. It is along the same lines as Facing The Giants, The Fifth Quarter, and The Grace Card. I like the fact that it is a family movie. I found it to be both entertaining and has a lesson behind it. And I'm glad that it was more of a real setting, rather than a polished Hollywood script and set. The actors seemed like people you would know in your community, not obviously actors playing at portraying characters. I grew up in a small town, so maybe that is why I enjoy these small town life, family movies. I especially like the coach of the wildcats, and his oldest son, Matt. And who could help but to love the character of Tex. I'm wondering if it was based on fact.
