Serbuan Maut - The Raid: Redemption – CATCH IT (B+) Ever since The Raid premiered on various festivals all over the world. The buzz surrounding the movie was increasing day by day. Finally now I got the chance to see Malaysian blockbuster The Raid: Redemption. This is a story of a SWAT team becomes trapped in a tenement run by a ruthless mobster and his army of killers and thugs. The main protagonist of the movie is defiantly its brutal and fast tempo action. Where other movies have a strong story and dialogues, the raid covers those things with brutal action. The action sequences of the movie are so well choreographed and shot that not for a second you feel like it's getting too much. There are many moments which will literally makes you jump of your seat. The performance by all the actors is good considering the genre. In the end, it's a highly entertaining movie and even non action/violence lovers will enjoy the movie immensely.
