I am a HUGE fan of Rickey Smiley and was soooo excited about watching his new show, but I am sad to say that I was very disappointed after the first show. Rickey Smiley is so talented and it's such a shame that the only thing writers and producers could come up with are weak, played out punch lines that lack the "punch". The TV show is a waste of air time and talent. After watching the first show, I thought to myself, maybe I'll try it again, so I watched the second episode and could not get through the whole episode. What were they thinking? There is nothing unique, entertaining or funny about this show - I will NOT watch it again. Every morning, I listen to Rickey Smiley on the radio and he is hilarious. I listen to him and how thankful and grateful he is to have this opportunity. However, every opportunity that comes your way isn't one you should accept - he has too much talent to have it downsized by such a mess of a show. It would really surprise me if this show comes back next season.
