The last lear is based on Utpal Dutt's play 'Aajker Shahjahan',directed by one of the finest director and storyteller from Bengal.The Last lear is a story of a Shakespeare's fan Harry played by Mr. Amitabh Bachchan. There is no doubt that this movie,The Last Lear has its share of engrossing moments.Harry loves acting,loves theater,fan of Shakespeare and absolutely detests cinema.Arjun Rampal was a movie director and want to cast harry in his movie but Harry goes in comma.Amitabh Bachchan has given his best performance in this movie and his combination with Rituparno Ghosh and Arindam Chaudhuri was just awesome.I advice you all should watch this movie.
