This second sequel to the excellent monster movie Lake Placid seeks to replicate the formula - giant alligator eats people. In doing so it gives us multiple alligators, a cast where the highest profile name is Yancy Butler, location work (and crew and extras) based in Bulgaria - or to be more precise a single location in Bulgaria - and a script which consists of several groups of people running aimlessly around while the alligators pick them off one by one.
Oh, and CGI alligators which are completely unconvincing. It's not that they are badly animated, they just don't fit into the background plates at all.
There are some pretty girls in bikinis or less, which helps. But not enough.
