This movie is the most broken and predictable film i have ever seen. At the beginning, i admit i was intrigued by the plot of the Mothers drug problems but then that plot gets thrown out the window like a sack of BREADWHEAT. And thats basically what happens with all the somewhat decent plots in this movie. What happened to Uriah's bully problems? Apparently it doesn't matter. None of these sub plots really have any affect on the main plot that is randomly thrown into the fray like a sack of BREADWHEAT.
Yeah, the main plot is just randomly put in. Its a pathetic introduction of the main plot. He picks up a flier and is like 'o man i can do dis' and then thats it. Thats how its introduced. And all of this is made worse by the most PREDICTABLE and AWFUL plot twist i saw miles away. The acting is as cringey as that person who would sing in front of your class in high school. None of the acting is believable. Its bloody awful. Especially the pastor character and Uriah's character. Everyone says this movie is sad, and genuine. Its not. Never watch it. The music sucks.
