6/10
Sometimes difficult to follow but otherwise a good film

Warning: Spoilers
Some films cannot be understood in 1 watch while some are abstract THE LAST LEAR is like that. It takes time to understand the film. The film has an interesting story but the way it's handled it is interesting but not for everyone. Amitabh's dialogues and his hatred towards films is well handled. There are other subplots too well handled, though some things are left unexplained like the accident part could be clearer.

Direction by Rituparno Ghosh is great

Amitabh Bachchan plays the part superbly, he is the life of the film Preity Zinta is fab in her role, Arjun Rampal is great too Shefali Chaya won national award for her role does a great job, Divya Dutta is good too, the others are good
