Since it's the election season, most movies would want to cash in on them. Jai ho,Youngistan and now Bhootnath returns. I wouldn't be surprised if this movie is tax free in coming days. Does it deserve that? Probably yes,Since it has a message to convince people to vote. Should you watch it. NO! The plot has nothing special to offer. It should have been a documentary. The "bhoot World" set seems to be a complete rip off from the Harry Potter series. Even the background music. There is no connection with the prequel other than the SRK appearance which is not even 2 min long. I like AB and 'Akhrot's acting and the dialogue delivery but the story didn't use them to their optimum level. I couldn't help but notice that some of the ghosts seen in the movie are in double roles. Sometimes ghosts and them out of no where,they are seen in the crowd talking to people and shaking hands

As far as kids films are concerned, this movie doesn't even crack into the top 5.
Yes the movie has a social message but we all know that its important to vote. Yes the movie has shown how the system works,But again we all know that. Kids will love this, moms and dads will be forced to watch this. But for adults, I wouldn't recommend this one at all.
I will rate this one 4 on 10. 1 each for the acting,1 for the DOP and 1 for the music.
