4/10
More lows than highs sadly

Warning: Spoilers
"High and Dizzy" is a 25-minute black-and-white silent short film from 1920, so this one will have its 100th anniversary soon. It is another Harold Lloyd comedy movie and if you look at the names who worked with Lloyd on this one, behind and in front of the camera, you will not only find many longtime collaborators to Lloyd, but also his soon-to-be wife Mildred Davis, who had taken over from Bebe Daniels as Lloyd's leading lady at this point already. The title already tells us that this one takes audiences to wuthering heights, but it includes much more than that such as a doctor who really does not act professionally at all and a showdown at a hotel where the main protagonists meet again. A bit too much of a coincidence. I also feel this film felt a bit generic with the usual romance/angry father routine does not feel that fresh anymore. I give this one a thumbs-down. Lloyd has done better in other works.
