Now this is the kind of high note to go out on. Considering the downbeat vibes put out so far, 'What's Going' On' is a breath of fresh air, when the '70s was an unpredictable breeding ground of new movements in music. Established legends fold (The Beatles) while new names explode onto the scene. The clips shown here are from great live performances, the songs are toe-tappers and "The Seventies" closes out with a lot of fun.
