I had to look twice at the Lex Barker credit list. Black Devils Of Kali is in fact the same film as Killers Of The East, an Italian production with the story set in the British Raj. Only this is without color and it has a narrator to connect all the pieces of a wildly disjointed story. It's like watching the shortened version of a bad movie serial.
Hard to believe that this was what was available to Lex Barker once he got shed of RKO and playing Tarzan. I suppose the inducement was a trip to Italy.
