The message of the movie was good. The plot was cool.
The message for young black men who feel marginalised and substitute or make up for lack of education, wealth, social standing etc by 'getting rich quick' comes through.
And for me I think that's the purpose of the whole movie - easy money doesn't pay.
I can deal with my other critiques of this movie except the swearing. Don't know, every second word is just swearing. It kind of takes away from the heartfelt struggle that these boys go through and their perceived way of getting to were they at.
Other than that, I think its deep.
