This mystery about dirty cops is nothing special, and nothing we haven't seen before. It's not particularly bad, it's just not particularly interesting, either. I added an extra star for Chaz Bono's brief but skillfully-acted turn as a junkie hoarder. In fact, I rented the movie based on the clip I saw of him in it. Unfortunately that turned out to be the best part.
