This movie is a good surprise : funny dialogues and casting, inventive editing and shooting, a very rich sound track, and a special mention to Danièle Darrieux who is terribly caustic. "Le Dimanche de la Vie" is an original comedy, far from the 60's comedies too much commercial. Too bad the director Jean Herman didn't try other movies in this style.
