I like the idea but the execution is lacking. General summary of movie

Horror anthology movies are probably my favorite type of movies. This like most have their strong stories and their weaker ones. The wrapper that connects all of these short stories was decent enough a demon telling stories to the audience like the crypt keeper. There are 4 short stories to this movie only 1 of them was even decent. Keeping the descriptions general the first is some guys sees some creepy jump scare stuff then tries to go be a slasher like Jason but a normal clothes dude with a small knife is not a good slasher. There is a poorly executed twist at the end. The second one which is also the best of them follows a suburban couple who may be pretending to be in a different era but the tech around them disagrees. An uninvited guest shows up and a fun twist happens. The third one which I forgot about when I started writing this also has an interesting premise but feels unfinished. A guy checks into his hotel orders a Wake Up Call (the title) but hears some stuff from the next room over a discovers something terrible has happened. The final story may have been acceptable if it wasn't twice as long as it needed to be and take up a third of the movie. Nothing exciting happens some kid gets bullied and deals with it poorly. Overall though all but 1 of the shorts were poorly executed and the wrapper combining them all was acceptable.
