It is becoming common place as shark-infested storms get stronger and harder to figure out. The United States has been ravaged enough, so look out world; simultaneous shark swarm storms pop up in cities like Rome, London, Rio and Tokyo. Leading defender against these ravenous creatures of the sea, Fin Shepard (Ian Ziering) and his bionic wife, April (Tata Reid), are forced to go global as son Gil (Billy Barratt) is trapped after being swooped up into one of the storms.
