AS usual this is a very funny movie of Mr Bean. I like how smartly the character was portrayed in the film like when he went to fix the portrait during the night.
The best scene is when Mr Bean gives random people the middle finger without knowing what it means.
The acting of both Rowan Atkinson and Peter McNicol was good.
