The eerie atmosphere, the hypothesis of a long time independent children life, the stranger as master for new perspective about life, the neurotic mother and the so mature 12 years old boy are pieces to define the film as a fairy tale , proposing the fantastic, myths and ambiguous suggestions . A beautiful , not comfortable, bitter and special film. About family. About childhood. About options. And, sure, about the manner to defiine yourself. Short, a sort of Sweden buffet. Or only a fairy tale with many ways.
