Fresh off of psychiatric leave, police profiler Russell Spivey (Mark Thompson), (who is also credited with writing), finds himself the target of a serial killer. He is haunted by very dark childhood memories and is still bothered with his battle with the bottle. A serial killer is leaving victims with flesh masks on their faces. Spivey's personal anxieties are compounding, but he must keep his head clear to help track down this savvy killer.
