"Eat Locals" tells the story of an annual meeting of vampires that turns bizarre when problems with the chosen victim and the host couple, which turns out to be a couple of mass-murderers, arise.
The film takes the typical element of vampires and transfers it into a modern environment and rather grotesque scenario. You can see that it is not a blockbuster and that some choices had to be made according to the budget. There are infact some nice elements, like the couple of mass murderers, that makes for a nice contrast but all in all it feels a bit like a funny idea that doesn't fully work out over the playtime.
All in all this is surely a film easy to watch and you can't do much wrong with it but you shouldn't expect anything great to happen and just see it as entertainment for an evening.
