Before the projection (almost) everything is pitch black, you could barely see a huge rectangle in front of you: that's your monolyth/dimensional door to stars, stars, and even more stars.
And it's quite an experience. A strange one, indeed, but if you are in the right mood and are not allergic to the motto "watch and feel"... then "Star" will reward you with a mesmerizing visual reset.
But it's not for everyone, quite a bunch of viewers could get easily bored: forget the word "plot" because there isn't any... Or even better, improve your own plot. It would work, for sure: the stars conjure a miriad of thoughts, and every single one of them works here.
