Review of The Swan Princess

Story: The story isn't that good. It has some plot holes and it doesn't make sense. Like how in the beginning the main characters split because Derek only likes Odette for her beauty yet later, out of nowhere she sings how he's her true love.The jokes also don't work that well. There wasn't a single one that made me laugh. Presentation: The animation looks beautiful in this movie. It has some nice details, good coloring, and overall it looks nice.The background music is also pretty nice. However, I don't really like the character designs. Some of them look really awkward or really weird. Characters: The only time where I kind of liked the main characters is at the beginning when they were kids, when they grew up they became just as bland and forgettable as the other characters in the movie. The voice acting in this movie is nice however and they did a good job with that. Songs: I don't remember any of the songs in this movie. They are all really forgettable. Conclusion: The story could use more rewrites, the animation is pretty, the characters and the songs are bland, and overall this movie is kind of bad. I give it four out of ten stars.
