I'm on my 2nd go round on season 1 of the animated series.. and I can say it's almost as good as the live action series. Many times I watch the show before bed to help wind down, or while playing on my phone.. so hearing all the voices in the background is exactly the same for me. One big positive over the live show is they were really able to push the boundaries on what they were able to do.. they were able to be way over the top and absurd. I loved it. Over all I really liked this season. I like how they handled the send off for John Dunsworths character. Hopefully, since it's an animated series now, they can put out more than one season per year. If they do, I will watch it for sure. I highly recommend the episode "Pepperoni Cobra".
