The only similarity is it's about two girls who do things on the internet. iCarly was just them doing silly live-streams from their bedroom. On Bizaardvark they are playing off of the YouTube generation. Paige and Frankie work for a company Vuuugle (YouTube). They create comedy sketch videos and funny music videos. It's also about the interaction between other channels and content creators within Vuuugle, not just interacting with neighbors. It becomes more of an ensemble cast and not just based around Paige and Frankie.
Obviously these negative reviewers didn't even bother giving the show a shot. It's like saying iCarly was a rip off of Wayne's World. Seriously, you all sounds really stupid.
