I hadn't seen this film until like the 1990s, having already seen the sequel, which wasn't too bad. I'd seen clips of The Rescuers, and as of now I'm in the middle of reading one of the original novels. The movie made me care about the characters and it's good for those of you who aren't too annoyed at small rodents. I always wondered about the plot of the movie after seeing a brief clip in some Disney production when I was little. I might have outgrown this one, but I'll still remember it as one of the better animated Disney films, if not my favorite.
