Warning: Spoilers
Tommy Wiseau is at it again, apparently -and this time, he's delving even deeper into the out-of-nowhere crazy characters and soap opera plots! It's the second-worst movie he's ever made, and it's a love story for the ages: girl meets boy while in the middle of her divorce; girl falls for boy who turns out to be her paranoid schizophrenic cousin that traumatized her as a child in a basement; boy tries to kill her husband and family in order to protect her; girl ends up shooting psycho-lover in a slow-motion act of self-defense giving the boy an overly dramatic slow-motion death. This movie's got it all, except good acting and accurate representations of trauma and acute mental illness. In real life, it would make the best Jerry Springer episode. You'll start questioning reality (and your own sanity) halfway through the movie, guaranteed!
