HAWKEYE is a quite awful indie crime thriller with a LETHAL WEAPON vibe to it. The Asian hero is the usual Bruce Lee wannabe, teaming up with a black cop to take down the usual mobster characters. The production values are non-existent and the film crawls along from one silly scene to the next, saddled with unbelievably wooden acting, lame attempts at humour, and bad action. Even by the standards of budget B-movies, this one stinks...
