Episode 5 isn't exactly the funniest of the series so far, with Corinne's storyline (she's in love with a Catholic priest) and Jodie and Eunice's chance meeting at a restaurant failing to deliver the big laughs. That said, Burt (Richard Mulligan) once again provides the show with a couple of hilarious moments, this time during his visit with wife Mary (Cathryn Damon) to sex psychiatrist Dr. Medlow (Byron Webster): Burt hiding behind a pot plant is hilarious, and when the doc suggests using a sexual surrogate to help cure his impotency, Burt's reaction is priceless.
Other silliness includes the already-getting-quite-tired bedroom farce in tennis coach Peter's apartment, Danny (Ted Wass) failing to kill Burt again, and Benson (Robert Guillaume) making a fool out of Chester (Robert Mandan). The Major (Arthur Peterson) and Billy Tate (Jimmy Baio) are nowhere to be seen.
