Review of The Professionals

I have only recently got into The Professionals mainly due to the actor Martin Shaw. I was 3 when it first came out. I feel it is a great series, the three principle characters of Cowley, Bodie and Doyle worked really well together. The actors of Gordon Jackson, Lewis Collins and Martin Shaw were the right choice. There were some good episodes and some not so good (The Gun). My favourite episode is Discovered In A Graveyard. Lewis portrayal of Bodie worried for his colleague was spot on. It was the same when Bodie was badly hurt in Klansmen, Doyle was nearly in tears. "Who half irish son of a b***h, why did you have to go and do that for?". Overall, the series was brilliant. The guest stars were also good. Well done Brian Clemans for a great series.
