The widower Dr. Cole (Jamie Scott Gordon) and his teen step-daughter Rose (Victoria Lucie) are investigating a life-sized doll, created centuries ago at a time when such a thing was not possible. The two are drawn into a nightmarish world of the past as they uncover the secrets of the past while becoming dangerously close to one another.
This is a twist to the haunted doll stories that have become popular. The film had good but limited characters. The Gothic aspect was decent, but the plot line fell short and there were scenes either left out or cut short concerning the doll.
