Review of Scream of the Banshee

Easy to dismiss but the first 20 minutes (or so) builds the tension nicely. For the budget it's fairly well acted (especially the lead actress) and at times the effects are half decent. As it trundles along, you quickly realize the plot is pretty routine and it certainly won't convert any new fans of the many 'After Dark'/'Syfy' releases (strictly for T.V). Seen way worse and far better, so settled on a 5/10 score.
