Watchable old show!

Watchable old show! When I endured insomnia, back in the day, when we had the Detroit feed! All we had was infomercials on. Infomercials on Exercise equipment, bras, and the anthem sign off was all that was on. Except, for The Untouchables! Well the Untouchables is a cheesy old show, but in retrospect not bad either. Once a Radio show The Untouchables starts with a narration with back ground info on the bad guy. There is many notable up coming actors like Brian Keith, Jame Coburn etc who match up against Robert Stack(before Unsolved Mysteries) aka Elliot Ness and the crew. The acting and story build up of 1920's Chicago was good. The Untouchables being and old show had the usual old cliches of bunch breaks happening at the right time. A few corny old lines. The ending shoots out are choreographed not as well as today's shows, but I also believe police procedures have evolved with better procedures then back then. Watchable when one has insomnia. Thankfully there was something to watch back then. Stack rocks as Ness. 7 stars.
