Favorite Shooting Heroin Character

Warning: Spoilers
This was one of the few fictional films that touched on the current opioid crisis. I asked myself during and after watching the film, who is my favorite "Shooting Heroin" character? Initially, the answer for me was the character Ed but as the movie went on Ed evolved or switched up a little bit. Ed has some of the films most memorable lines. In one of the films earlier scenes, Ed says to Officer Jerry, "You keep filling up my jails with the wrong people". Ed is also the one that introduce the movies, "By any means necessary" tag line. Ed also has another very memorable line while drinking beer in woods with his buddies. I won't repeat that particular line here. Honestly, had Ed stayed consistent throughout the entire movie, he would've easily been my favorite character. There was a lot of good overall performances in the movie by the various actors. Anyway, looking at it from an end to end performance perspective, I'm going to have to go with Office Jerry as my favorite character. He was pretty consistent throughout the entire movie. The guy was terribly short staffed. What do you want from him? We've all been there. Anyway, by the end of the film you kind of get the feeling that there is potentially another future story to be told in Whispering Pines. Shooting Heroin is a worthy film for all to see. It touches on the pending Opioid Crisis and its various participants (pushers, doctors, pharmacies, hospitals and addicts). It's just an introduction the opioid crisis, to get even more information you have to dig deeper on your own.
