Was expecting a lot from this film. Was expecting to see lots of thrill and action here but I had to cut it off and stop watching as it went too boring. It's just all about concerned citizens trying to stop the spread of heroin in their neighborhood as they lost their family members because of heroin addiction. Literally just that.
