While this episode is of high quality in regards to the acting, directing, cinematography, and the capture of the depths of human cruelty, the story is very, very disturbing. The pain humans put upon other humans is brought to a fever pitch. There are a few of the usual mis-steps every detective/crime show has, but they don't detract from this intense episode.
