Sets the premise for something interesting. A film noir murder mystery in color with the twist of evil angles of death whispering in people's ears.
Don't let some of the other "reviewers" but you off - they judge it as a historical show.. Not a fiction where anything is possible.
It's not the old penny dreadful it's a spin off, let it be its own.
